General information 

Buyer number
All bidders at the Danish Defence auctions must accept the Terms and Conditions of the Danish Defence Auctions in writing.

Buyer numbers are distributed after registration. Buyers’ numbers will not be distributed until the auction day.

Submission of bids
Bids are to be submitted either by personal appearance on the auction day or in writing prior to the auction.

In case of personal attendance at the auction bids are made by stating buyer number or by calling out.

Only bids in Danish Kroner (DKK) will be accepted.

Buyers with winning bids must contact the cashier for payment before the end of the auction. Once the payment is final and non-voidable, the buyer will be given a receipt and a delivery note that are to be presented to the staff of the Danish Defence Supply Agency on the auc-tion site for release of the purchased lots.

Payment
All payments shall be made in Danish Kroner (DKK). Payment can be made cash, by Danish cheque, Dankort payment card or bank transfer.

Cheques are to be issued to the Danish Defence Supply Agency. When paying by cheque, valid photo ID must be presented.

The purchased lots must be paid immediately after the bid is won.

Please contact the seller in case of payment by bank transfer.

Pick-up
Pick-up of the purchased lots can take place on the auction day until 14.30 and on weekdays (not Saturdays) between 07.00 and 14.00, however Fridays between 07.00 and 13.00.

The purchased lots must be picked up ten weekdays after the auction at the latest. Pick-up cannot take place until the payment is final and incontestable.

The buyer must arrange for pick-up, dismantling/dismounting, loading etc.

The seller may assist in loading the equipment with a forklift truck against payment of a fee of DKK 345.00 excluding VAT for every half hour or fraction thereof. Any liability and risk in this connection is exclusively on the buyer. Contact the office on the auction site to request assis-tance. Payment is to be made cash against issue of a receipt for the amount paid.

If you wish to receive the catalogue by ordinary post, you should send a stamped addressed envelope (22 x 16 cm), with postage DKK 25.00, to the Danish Defence Supply Agency,
Arsenalvej 33, DK-9800 Hjørring, marked ’Auction’.
