The Army has a great amount of images from international missions and home events. The gallery also contains videos and documents.
The gallery only contains military related topics.

It is possible to order the hardcopy (printing) of images from AOCDEN Media Gallery. Revenues are not AOCDEN receivables. The amount covers costs for phanfare.com that offers this service to our users.

Photos from the gallery at AOCDEN's website can be used for non-commercial use without charge. If the photographer's name appears at the photo, please use: Photographer's name. If no name is mentioned: Photo: Army Operational Command.
Application in newspapers and on TV newscasts is considered as non-commercial use.
If this is not enough, you're always welcome to contact AOCDEN.
Pictures from AOCDEN's Media Gallery should not be used as follows:
In pornographic, sexual or otherwise offensive contexts.
Images with larger individual amounts may not be cut sharply, so that people can be recognized or otherwise feel offended.
Individual models may not be used for matters of sensitive natureas in racism, abuse, politics, etc.. If in doubt please contact the AOCDEN for acceptance.
Violation of the above provisions is at the users own risk, and can in no way make the AOCDEN responsible.
Users of images from AOCDEN's Media Gallery image database bear full responsibility for the use and publication of photos that might infringe third party rights or honour. Users are therefore fully responsible for unauthorized use of images from AOCDEN's Media Gallery database.
If there is doubt about the usage rights and copyright, AOCDEN can always remove images from the database. In this case, these images are not to be used anymore.

About Copyrights
Copying, etc. articles, photographs, graphics and other published material on AOCDEN's Media Gallery website are available for viewing / reading.
You may print / download copies for your own private use.
You may also make a copy in digital form if it is solely for your own personal use within the household See Copyright Act § 12

Further use and reproduction requires an agreement with the AOCDEN. And further agreement on the use of, photo, etc. must be made to the AOCDEN telephone 97 10 15 50, extension 7036 or 7037.
