ABSALON er hjemme i Danmark

Efter mere end 6 måneders indsættelse i NATO’s antipiraterioperation OCEAN SHIELD er ABSALON hjemme i Danmark.

ABSALON forlod Danmark den 16. oktober sidste år og har fra 1. november 2011 til 3. maj 2012 bekæmpet pirateri i NATO´s antipiraterioperation Ocean Shield. I lørdags kom ABSALON hjem til flådestation Korsør.

Søværnet planlægger indsættelse af fregatten IVER HUITFELDT i NATO’s antipiraterioperation OCEAN SHIELD i efteråret 2012.
